CULTIVATING SPACES IN THE DIASPORA
We are committed to cultivating online and physical spaces that engage our audiences in meaningful experiences and dialogue about Puerto Rico, it’s diaspora and its traditions of creativity, resilience, and resistance. Curation of experiential spaces that include augmented reality experiences, 360 video experiences, and portrait installations serves as complementary content to drive exposure to the people and campaigns that are driving social justice movements in Puerto Rico.

A portrait installation series featuring the organizers, artists, activists and entrepreneurs from the communities featured in the Defend Puerto Rico Transmedia Project. One of the first formats to introduce the project in 2016, these portraits served as a people centered introduction to various stories of resilience, and resistance taking place throughout the islands of Puerto Rico.

A unique photo series experience that brings together photographers from
Puerto Rico and the Boricua Diaspora. The series explores both the current climate of resistance and what communities, artists, activists, students, farmers and changemakers are declaring as a NEW VISION for the future of Borikén. The images in this exhibition serve as a visual documentation of their voices and identities in the shadows of U.S. colonization and the current economic crisis.
